Huawei Technologies Zambia Limited invites suitable candidates to fill the following positions:
RF Engineer -3 position

Main Responsibilities
• Be familiar with the principles of radio network planning and optimization and be responsible for the final quality of the customer network
• Be able to propose and implement solutions based on the changes of network performance, ser behavior, and experience.
• Lead the output of high-level reporting solutions related to network quality and user experience, take responsibility for customer satisfaction in terms of network performance and user experience, effectively manage customer expectations, develop guidance strategies based on customer requirements, and organize efforts to provide solutions

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
• Have at least two years’ experience in successful delivery of radio network user experience improvement projects. Have a good understanding about RF coordination between 2G/3G/4G/5G network, VoLTE, voice and throughput experience KPI optimization
