Butler/Waiter (5)
Job Description
• Ensure all meals are set up according to service and style plan
• Greet your guest by their name.
• Maintain professional code of conduct at all time
• Adhere to the hygiene policy as per lodge standards.
• Any guest issues are brought up with the head butler and lead host immediately
• Waiter/Butler is to greet guestS upon arrival at the lodge as well as from activities
• Any maintenance issues are communicated to the head butler or maintenance team
• Ensure a smooth flow of service as per the style and service guide.
• Reports to Host
