FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Accounts Assistant
Main Duties
• Undertakes timely the receipt and recording of revenue in order to enhance accountability
• Undertakes effectively the issuance of payments in order to meet the College’s obligations
• Undertakes effectively the banking of revenue in order to safeguard college funds
• Undertakes effectively and timely the preparation and storage of accounting records in order to facilitate retrieval
• Undertakes effectively and timely the security of accountable documents in order to prevent unauthorized access and destruction

Minimum Qualifications
• Full Form V / Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Accounts / ACCA 2 / ZICA or Equivalent
• At least 2 years work experience
• Computer literacy (experience in accounting packages i.e. pastel word, excel, power point packages)
• Ability to work with minimum Supervision
• Good interpersonal skills, A team player, good organizer honest and highly professional

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
