JOB DETAILS:
The Artisan Plastician will be required to execute assigned tasks in line of trade, which may include examination of detailed drawing to find out job, material and equipment, requirement and welding of HDPE pipes.
He or She Will be Required to;
• Execute the daily maintenance plan,
• Carry out repairs on break downs,
• Assist in the training of handymen and leaners,
• Ensure safe work practices.
Qualifications and Experience;
• Full Grade 12 O’ levels, thermoplastic welding competency certificate or related qualification with BUTT welding.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance and repairs of HDPE piping.
• having worked in a mining environment will be an added advantage.
