Bar & Waitor/Waitress Responsibilities:
1. Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and prompt service as a waiter
2. Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
3. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
4. Assessing restaurant customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic waitor / waitress / bartender to provide an excellent guest food/drink experience.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol (including use of coffee machine) beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
2. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
3. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
4. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
5. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
6. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Requirements
1. Resume and proven working experience (AT LEAST 1 YEAR) as a bartender or waitor/waitress
2. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
3. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
4. Ability to keep the bar/service area organized, stocked and clean
5. Relevant training certificate preferred
