Business Development Officer
Overview

ZHL is a fast-growing financial services company that offers mortgage lending services to diverse customers. These services include new mortgage lending comprising of Construction, Equity Release, Land Purchase, Home Improvement, and Outright Purchase Loans. We also re-finance existing personal loans and mortgages. We have a rapidly growing sales and marketing department and we are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our vibrant team.
Business Development Officers (3) (2 for ZMW Loans and 1 for USD Loans)
The Business Development Officers shall be responsible for lead generation and sales of new loans, providing excellent customer service, maintaining social media coverage, building positive business relationships, and working with staff to ensure that any agreements/ commitments are delivered within appropriate timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager.
• Lead Generation and Sales; Ensuring that you meet your personal revenue and sales targets.
• Identify new opportunities and innovations and engage with Management in establishing marketing strategies to build the ZHL brand.
• Implementing marketing strategies.
• Meeting customers, attending conferences and events; and research new markets as needed.
• Managing all ZHL social media accounts.
• Attending and conducting presentations.
• Generate marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns for the company.
Qualifications & Selection Criteria
• Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years working experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 1 year digital and social media experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both as part of a team and to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Digital savvy.
