Call Center Activations
SupaMoto

Emerging Cooking Solutions (Zambia) Limited, trading as “SupaMoto”, is a Zambian/Swedish joint venture, introducing clean burning modern cook-stoves, renewable cooking fuel pellets made from waste biomass and solar home systems. Our locally produced pellets are cheaper than charcoal and the cooking solution performs like a gas stove. Our solar home systems have a built in Pay as You Go (PAYGO)-mechanism and all payments for our products are made through Mobile Money. The positive environmental, socio-economic, and macro-level impact of our solutions is immense. We truly have a solution for the dilemma of rapid deforestation and disproportionately high cooking fuel costs for low-income people.

Key responsibilities will include the following:
• Screening of Potential Clients
• Registering of clients on PayGops
• Updating of various Google sheets
• Carrying out system-based repossessions
• Carrying out manual activations
• Payment reconciliations
• Offering assistance to the sales team
• Sending daily reports
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Identify and resolve customer complaints using the applicable software
• Follow up customer queries until resolved
• Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications and Skills
• Certificate or Diploma in Customer Care or any other related field.
• Fluent in Zambian local languages such Bemba, Tonga, Nyanja, Lunda etc
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Superior listening, verbal, and written skills
• Superb interpersonal skills including the
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in relevant Computer applications (Word,excel and Power Point)
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Ability to learn fast and adapt
• Call Center experience is an added advantage
