JOB DETAILS:

Okavango Foods Limited, a leading catering company specializing in Catering in a Box, buffet, and finger food services, is seeking a dedicated Catering Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the efficient execution of catering orders, including platter and box setups, buffet displays, and finger food services.
• Maintain strict adherence to timelines to ensure all orders are prepared and ready for pickup as scheduled.
• Supervise and coordinate catering staff to ensure smooth and seamless operations during events.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for catering supplies as needed.
Conduct quality checks to ensure food presentation and taste meet our high standards.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate order specifications and seamless communication.
• Address any issues or concerns that may arise during catering events and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized catering preparation area.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in catering and catering set-ups is essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules, including weekends and evenings.
