What You Will Do In This Role
• Ensure Food quality is at the highest standards for food quality and plating specifications
• Drive knowledge around our food and beverage program, as well as hospitality and salesmanship
• Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to Gab’s Trumpet and workplace safety standards
• Support your Chef and develop your teammates
• Be a leader by demonstrating behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and executing with excellence
• Be responsible for timely progress at Gab’s Trumpet.
