JOB DETAILS:
• AB Bank Zambia is looking for 10 Consumer Finance – Loan Officers to be based at our Contact Center in Lusaka. In this role the Consumer Finance – Loan Officers will provide support and manage communication with the Bank’s customers on our various platforms. As such, the Consumer Finance – Loan Officers will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and creating a professional and friendly image of the Bank.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:
• Marketing Bank products to individuals and firms.
• Key customer liaison person and Customer acquisition.
• Loan documentation preparation and Evaluation.
• Monitoring client repayments and follow up delinquent accounts.

Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should be:
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with a Financial Institution.
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills, Orally & Verbally
Fluent in English and in One local language is a must.
• Willingness, and interest to work in the field around 60% of the working time.
