JOB DETAILS:
In this role, your responsibilities will be to:
• Develop organic growth - built on a solid understanding of our customers and their application needs with strong territory management and world-class people management.
• Be responsible for the Profit & Loss, the Balance Sheet, and the cash flow of the business.
• Grow profitability based on excellent price management, functional cost efficiencies and operational excellence.

• Ensure high focus on working capital management with the vision to have our supply chain operations be a competitive advantage in our industry and to our customers.
• Safeguard a sound implementation and application of the "The Epiroc Way.”
• Enforce compliance with local statutory, legal, and financial regulations.

Experience and requirements
• 8-10yrs experience in a senior management position leading teams and delivering successful results.
• Product and application knowledge in the mining space covering surface/underground segments. Well conversant with Epiroc and the way we do business.
• Results oriented networked professional with a proven history in marketing and sales.
• University degree in Engineering/Commercial or equivalent
• Good Command of English language
