JOB DETAILS:
Established in 2016, Online Express Ltd in partnership with iShop Worldwide, has been offering ecommerce postal services the UK, USA, RSA and China and Portugal. We are a licensed international and domestic postal courier company under the Laws of the Republic of Zambia. We are currently looking for a capable candidate in the position of a cashier/customer service agent whose main function will include but not limited to: -
• Receiving and attending to all walk in customers and assisting them in the shortest possible time.
• Take and receive or forms of payments from customers in short amount of time.
• Timely and accurate e-mail response to both internal and external customers.
• Complete all customer enquiries, complaints, queries, and the like in the stipulated time outlined.
• Communicate timely and with accuracy with internal staff.
• Submit Periodic reports as assigned by Supervisors.
• Carry out any ad hoc duties assigned to you by Supervisors.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
• Provides pricing information by answering questions.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Basic Accounting Diploma, Marketing/Business Diploma will be an added advantage
• 1-2 years of experience in similar position.

• Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs
