JOB DETAILS:
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Perform data entry in Access and via electronic data capture systems for studies
• Perform and resolve data queries with lab and medical departments
• Verify participants onsite daily via data collected to reimbursement payout
• Perform quality control of data
• Perform data upload of data
• Provide feedback to study team on any data related issues
• Provide IT support to all CFHRZ staff computers, printers, and laptops. Maintains server, addresses/resolves any problems related to ISP connection.
• Carries out other IT duties as assigned.

Qualifications required for the position:
• Certificate in MS Office, IT Networking, Hardware Maintenance, others relevant to IT support
• Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Access preferred
• Excellent interpersonal/communications (verbal, oral, written & electronic) skills
• Attention to detail and great organizational skills
• Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously
• Adaptability to the changing demands of a high-pressure, time-sensitive work environment
• Previous data entry experience is preferable
