JOB DETAILS:
Pulse Financial Services Limited (PFSL) trading as Entrepreneurs Financial Centre (EFC), is a deposit-taking Microfinance Institution licensed by the Bank of Zambia. EFC offers specialized financial services to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a vision of being the preferred financial services provider to this target market across its 8 branches countrywide. In order to respond to the growing demand for its financial services, EFC is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Direct Sales Agents(DSAs) in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, and Chipata.
Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) will join our frontline staff in the execution of EFC’s sales strategy. The main objective of this role will be to acquire new business and deliver agreed sales targets through focused selling, whilst ensuring excellent customer service to our clients. The remuneration for the role will be commission based. .

Responsibilities
• Market EFC’s products and services to new clients.
• Assist the Relationship Managers to source for potential clients and loan applications.
• Process client’s account opening with discretion and confidentiality.
• Ensure that sales targets are met as agreed.
• Participate in sales and marketing campaigns to sensitize potential customers about EFC products.
• Maintain own sales performance statistics for management information usage.
• Submit completed loan applications to the Team Leader for review and subsequent submission to the Branch Manager.
• Check the accuracy of all submitted customer account opening and loan application documents.
• Comply with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.
• Advise customers as soon as new loans are approved and disbursed.
• Share knowledge and experience with other DSAs in the team.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or any business-related field.
• Knowledge of competitor products and sales will be an added advantage
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Should have good interpersonal skills.
