These grouping themes may include the following: Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance, Strategy, Project Management, Environmental and Social Risk Management, Gender etc.
• Develop TORs in the CIGZambia format for the recruitment of subject matter specialists guided by the grouping of outstanding accreditation requirements who will lead the development of requirement outputs for submission to GCF.
• Provide a kick-off/handover/briefing/induction session for each short-term subject matter specialist who will be recruited to support the implementation of the Implementation plan / roadmap, for example to orient them through GCF requirements that relate to their TOR.
• Oversee and provide guidance, and ad-hoc support to the short-term experts as they complete their tasks according to the developed short-term expert’s terms of reference.
