JOB DETAILS:
Job title: Human Resource Officer

Job purpose
• Carry out Human resource functions in accordance with the Company’s expectation and ensure legal compliance.
• Policies and procedures with the view of acquiring and retaining quality employees
• Implementation of All Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Handling disciplinary cases and grievances
• Provision of timely and sound advise to line managers and employees through correct interpretation of labour laws
• Employee recruitment
• Administer Performance appraisals
• Maintenance and regular updates of employee Records.
• Leave Tracking.
• Payroll Administration
• Identify training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.

Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3 years’ experience as HR officer
• Sound knowledge of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be a member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management ( ZIHRM) with a valid practicing license

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Associate Degree
