JOB DETAILS:

The Junior Business Technology Solutions Associate will work as part of the Business Technology team to support business technology solutions on behalf of our clients. This includes but is not limited to, assisting with the implementation of technology solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to end-users.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist with the implementation of technology solutions, including software applications and hardware.
• Troubleshoot technology issues and provide technical support to end-users.
• Collaborate with team members to develop technology solutions that align with business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends and advancements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Follow established procedures and protocols for technology management and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in technology management or support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.

Working Conditions:
The Junior Business Technology Solutions Associate will work in a professional office environment. Some work may require outside of normal business hours to accommodate project deadlines and technology updates.
