Overview

Unicaf University invites applications from qualified candidates for the Marketing & Business Development Manager position at its state-of-the-art campus in Lusaka.

Role and responsibilities include:
• Plan and identify marketing and branding objectives
• Prepare marketing plan and strategies alongside other company executives
• Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
• Deepen relations with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization
• Research and identify new business opportunities
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management

Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in a relevant field
• A Master’s qualification will be considered an advantage
• Managerial experience in a similar position
• Experience of working in Higher Education will be considered an advantage
• Outstanding organisational and planning skills
• Excellent command of the English language
