BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Marketing Officer X 01
Main Duties
• Undertakes the preparation of the College's Marketing Plan outlining the marketing objectives, strategies and action plan for the year
• Undertakes the preparation of the Marketing budget against set marketing Objectives, Strategies and action plan
• Works closely with marketing and design agencies to define and design the EMC Brand
• Undertakes customer research to collect information and comes up with proposals for new products and/or propose changes to existing products
• Under the monitoring and evaluation of the performance of new and revised products in order to their ability
• Undertakes the development of concepts on a promotion or adverts and liases with designers and/or advertising agencies in the production of promotion materials and adverts
• Ensures effective implementation of marketing strategies, through marketing campaigns, promotions, trade shows and exhibitions
• Undertakes quarterly customer satisfaction surveys and produces a survey report.

Minimum Qualifications
• Full form V/Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Marketing or related business discipline. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
• Member of ZIM
• At least 3 years work experience
• Computer literacy (word, excel power point packages)
• Ability to work with minimum Supervision
• Good interpersonal skills, A team player, good organizer, honest and highly professional
