JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
The job holder is responsible for performing errands in the operation of a motorbike/ vehicle to ensure the safe delivery of company items to and from various destinations and to assist in championing all the company tasks given

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
• Carry out white book change of ownership tasks at RTSA for the company clients
• Ensure the motorbike/ vehicle is in good clean working order and suitable for the tasks scheduled
• Transport the items on time to assignments by arranging early drop-offs or drop off to allow carers sufficient time to walk and to get to the destination on time
• Fulfill special requests of the office by picking up and delivering items as directed and running errands
• Maintain client and- company confidence by keeping information strictly confidential
• Make payments on behalf of the company with RTSA or any other related parties
• Any other tasks as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role
• Grade 12 GCE certificate
• Driver’s Licence (Class A and C1) with over 2 years motorbike riding experience
• Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role
Three (3) years of relevant working experience in Driving all vehicle types and motorbikes.
• Must at least have a previous position that requires one to be accountable for petty cash.
