Yenda Inc, is a fully-remote, company providing high-quality outsourcing services, specialized in machine learning support and artificial intelligence applications for companies in the US, Israel and the UK. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the successful execution of all projects.

About the role:
The company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Manager to join their dynamic team and lead the successful execution of all projects. The company has a rapidly growing team of freelancers who are university students between the ages 19 to 27 years. The operations manager will serve as the primary liaison with clients who will provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure project goals align with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
People Management:
• To oversee the work of freelancers with Yenda, professional development and performance management.
• Lead and organize a diverse team of freelancers and project leads to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
• Provide guidance on data labelling guidelines, and quality standards, and ensure effective communication within the project team.

Client Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and managing client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand labeling requirements, project goals, and specific deliverables.

Project Planning and Execution:
• Our projects run day/night and require someone who wants to go above and beyond to ensure deliverables are met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for our AI data labelling and general outsourced projects.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of labelled data.
• Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions to improve labelling accuracy and address any issues promptly.

Resource Allocation:
• Efficiently allocate resources, manage workloads, and adjust priorities as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with the operations team to scale resources based on project demands.

Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks to project timelines or data quality and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays or quality issues.

Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and enhanced team performance.
• Foster a culture of commitment and excellence within the team.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, HR, Project Management etc. or equivalent
• Ability to manage and motivate individuals/teams
• HR experience valued
• Proficient use of Excel/Google Sheets – able to do IF Formulas
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager. Major plus if it’s in the data labeling, machine learning, or AI industry.
• Experience creating efficient operational systems to reduce repetitive tasks. If you are someone who enjoys figuring out how to automate repetitive tasks through the use of AI do apply!

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
