HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION
Procurement Officer X 01
Main Duties
• Supervises the acquisition of good services and works for the College in order to enhance effective and efficient operations of the departments
• Supervises the preparation of Procurement documentation in order to facilitate Selection of suitable suppliers for goods, services and works
• Supervises the preparation of the Annual Procurement plan in order to procure goods. Services and works within the approved budget
• Supervises market sourcing to ensure that goods and services are obtained from credible sources
• Supervises the accurate maintenance of records of goods and services in order to ensure safe keeping and accountability

Minimum Qualifications
• Full Form V / Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Purchase and supplies or equivalent
• Membership to Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply
• 2 year experience
• Computer literacy (word, excel, PowerPoint packages)
• Ability to work with minimum Supervision
• Good interpersonal skills
• A team player, good organizer, honest and highly professional

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
