JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
• The Project Admin Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing specific projects for CDF. Their primary duties will include planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans, including defining project goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Project Coordination: Coordinating project activities among different teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure that all project tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Project Monitoring: Regularly monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues and risks, and taking corrective action to ensure that the project stays on track.
• Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project sponsors, management, and team members.
• Budgeting: Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting future costs, and ensuring that the project stays within budget.
• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, including developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and implementing quality control measures to monitor and improve project outputs.
• Communication: Coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and other relevant parties.
• Stakeholder Management: Identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholder expectations and needs, ensuring that their interests are aligned with the project’s goals and objectives.
• Knowledge Management: Documenting project lessons learned, best practices, and knowledge gained during the project lifecycle, and sharing them with the organization to improve future project delivery.
KYC Gathering/ Verifications
• At least gather minimum information from clients for decision making purposes.

Experience and Qualifications
Qualifications
• Grade 12 certificate
• BSc Degree in a Any Business-Related Disciplines
• At Least 2-3 years proven work experiences in a Micro-Finance, Banking or dealing with CDF Projects
• Analytical Skills
• Basic Understanding of Accounting will be an added advantage.
