JOB DETAILS:
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Negotiate with and conduct due diligence on potential investors.
• Lead/participate in operational and project-level meetings with management and project sponsors to discuss strategies and relevant details.
• Analyze the economic situation, perform market research, collect data, and conduct feasibility analyses for investment projects.
• Design investment projects, predict finances, and analyze risks.
• Prepare investment project documents, compile research reports and feasibility studies, and draft framework agreements and implementation plans.
• Foster and maintain strong business relationships with partners, relevant departments, and potential customers.
• Directly/ indirectly manage investment projects, monitor progress, and provide timely recommendations for business expansion and management improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum of MSc in Economics, Business Administration, or Degree in Project Management. A Masters in Business Studies will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Valid membership from a recognized professional institution (e.g., Engineering Institute of Zambia, Zambia Institute of Marketing, Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants, etc.).
