TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF A LOAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE CITIZENS ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT COMMISSION
The Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) has set aside some funds for the provision of a loan management system and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for provision of a Loan Management System The Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of a robust and proficient Loan Management System. The Solicitation Document may be inspected on website or at the Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC), Plot # 6457, Los Angeles Boulevard, Long Acres, Lusaka, Zambia. The Solicitation Document link can also be accessed on the Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission website: www.ceec.co.zm
The Solicitation Document may be purchased by interested bidders from the CEEC main office in Rhodes Park upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00, in cash or by Bank Certified cheque.
The bids must be sent clearly marked, "Tender for the Provision of a Loan Management System for the Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission" and addressed to the Director General and must be sent not later than Friday 28th JULY 2023 at 10:00 hours local system time. Note that bids must be deposited in the tender Box at the CEEC main offices Plot # 6457, Los Angeles Boulevard, Long Acres, Lusaka, Zambia.
The closing date for the receipt of bids is Friday 28th July 2023 at 10:00 Hours and Bids will be opened. Any bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. All queries and clarifications must be addressed to the Procurement office via email at ikowak@ceec.org.zm.
