INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
TENDER NO. RDA/NCS/ONB/001/024: PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES TO ROAD DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (RDA) FOR THE 2024, 2025 AND 2026 FINANCIAL YEARS
The Road Development Agency (RDA) through its 2024 Operations Budget has made a provision for payments under a contract for the Provision of External Audit Services to Road Development Agency (RDA) for the years 2024, 2025 and 2026.
The RDA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Provision of External Audit Services to Road Development Agency (RDA) for the Years 2024, 2025 and 2026. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding Procedures with Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 as amended. Bidding is open to both citizen and local bidders; however, local bidders shall be required to partner with citizen bidders. More details are in the contained in the Solicitation Document.
A complete set of bidding documents may be viewed and/or purchased by interested, eligible bidders from the Procurement Department at the Road Development Agency Head Office, Plot 33, Corner of Government and Fairley Roads, Ridgeway, Lusaka at a non-refundable fee of K2,000.00.
The method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheque deposited into the Road Development Agency's account and the bank details are as follows.

The Bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the Conference Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
