JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To prepare company HR physical records or files for digitization and manage file management system thus ensure data and records are accurately kept and can be accessed when they are needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining a records management system.
• Scanning and uploading files to create digital copies of physical records.
• Performing data entry tasks.
• Updating existing records.
• Retrieving information from the filing system when requested.
• Maintaining up-to-date logs, including information about file changes or who has access.
• Conducting routine verification to ensure integrity of the filing system

Qualification and Requirements:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Computer / Data entry skills
• Administration or Organisational skills in HR is an added advantage
• Knowledge of SAP system database
• Excellent written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team spirit
