i) Supply and Maintenance of fire equipment

MANDATORY REQUIREMNTS

1. Company registration certificate from PACRA

2. Company profile with copy of certificate of incorporation

3. Valid VAT clearance certificate

4. Reference for the past similar works done

5. Valid ZPPA Practising license for suppliers

6. NCC Certificate for Contractors

7. WARMA Certificate for Drilling Companies

8. Food Handler Certificate for Venders who will be providing Catering Services

Submission Procedure

Venders are requested to submit hard copies of company profiles with the required attachments to the Procurement officers to the address above not later than 1st July, 2022  at 16:00hrs or email soft copies to bchibuye@water.cc and ikunda@water.cc
