Summary Of Job Description
• The job entails marketing company products to individuals and firms, acting as a key customer liaison, acquiring customers, promoting financial services, providing advice on loan products, preparing loan documentation, evaluating and recommending loan approvals, monitoring client repayments, managing delinquent accounts, and coordinating with the credit department. Desired attributes include excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and high integrity.
• Daily tasks involve meeting with loan applicants, explaining loan options, collecting client information and documentation, analyzing financial status, compiling credit histories, updating credit files, preparing accurate loan agreements, collaborating on repayment schedules, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and addressing customer complaints.
• On a weekly basis, responsibilities encompass preparing and submitting sales reports, reviewing loan portfolios, collaborating on delinquent account reports, negotiating payment arrangements, and preparing for the upcoming week’s activities.
• Monthly duties involve providing reports on new financial services, conducting competitor analysis, submitting activity reports, and evaluating personal performance against targets.

Qualifications And Requirements
• Degree in Marketing or a Business-related field.
Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits including English and Mathematics.
Minimum of 1 year working experience.
Must possess relevant sales experience.
Computer literate (e.g., Word, Excel, and power point).
Good grasp of marketing skills and principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
Customer service oriented.
Analytical, highly organized and pays attention to detail.
Passionate about product consultation by customers.
Accreditation to marketing bodies and relevant experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage.
Applicant must have a valid driver’s license with minimum of 2 years driving experience
