Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Supply and Conversion of A 40ft Storage Container into a Registry

1.0 Background

Kwacha Pension Trust Fund is a Pension Fund that manages Pension for over 500 Members. The Fund is required to keep Member records and other valuable records of the Fund as the current space has become inadequate. The Fund now has since decided to create additional secure space favourable for storage of paper records by converting a forty-foot container into a registry.

2.0 Proposed Solution Requirements

A 40ft storage container has been identified as the solution that will enable the Fund increase its storage capacity to hold at least 2,400 cubic feet.
The Fund now invites eligible companies/individuals to express their interest in supplying and converting a 40-foot container into a registry at the Fund Head office situated in Kalundu, Lusaka.
Interested companies/individuals must provide information indicating that they are qualified to supply and design the forty-foot container into a registry.

The EOI Should at Least Provide the Following:

1. Solution Proposal with drawings (including door design, interior design materials, etc.);
2. Company profile including experience in similar assignments and availability of appropriate skills among staff;
3. Pricing Quotation;
4. Company documents i.e. Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and relevant trading licenses;
5. Minimum of two reference letters from former or existing Clients, and
6. Copies of IDs of Shareholders/Directors/Partners/Individual.

Submission Procedure

EOIs in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Expression of Interest for the Supply and Conversion of a 40ft Container into a Registry” should be delivered at the Kwacha Pension Trust Fund Head Office situated at the address indicated below.

The closing date for the receipt of EOIs is Thursday, 26th August 2021 at 16:30hours. No EOIs that will be submitted after the closing date shall be considered.
