Lusaka South Multi Facility Economic Zone (LSMFEZ) Limited is a State-Owned Enterprise that was incorporated in June 2012 by the Government of the Republic of Zambia under the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry with a mandate to develop, operate and manage Zambia's only state-owned economic zone, the Lusaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone. LSMFEZ is being developed with the goal of promoting manufacturing, stimulation of export activities, technological development skills transfer, job and wealth creation by attracting investment from both local and foreign firms

Residential High-Cost Architectural Design Consultancy Services
LSMFEZ Limited is seeking a consultant to prepare architectural designs for the high-cost residential neighborhood.

Consultancy Services for Real Estate Management, Marketing, Branding and Sale of Residential Properties
LSMFEZ Limited is seeking to contract a credible and professional real estate branding, marketing and sales agent to undertake the branding marketing and sale of all planned residential developments in Phase 1.2 und 3 of the economic zones to position it as the leading lifestyle project in the country

Environmental Consultancy Services
LSMFEZ Limited is seeking to contract a consultant to undertake environmental impact assessments and environmental Project Briefs for all the approved Investment projects in the LSMFEZ

Through the EOI process firms and consultants will be pre-qualified to receive the Request for Proposals (RFP) and participate in the bid and tender process. Only firms and consultants that respond to this EOI and meet the requirements will be prequalified and eligible to receive the RFP.
