Request for Proposals for Basket Fund Mapping and Assessment in the Legal and Governance Sectors in Zambia (Feasibility Study)
The Legal Aid Board (LAB) has set aside funds for consultancy services for the provision of basket fund mapping and assessment in the legal and governance sectors in Zambia (feasibility) on a One month contract.

The Legal Aid Board (LAB) now invites proposals for the provision of the basket fund mapping and Assessment. More details on the provision of Basket fund mapping and Assessment are provided in bidding document under the Terms of Reference

The Request for Proposal document may be purchased at the Legal Aid Board (LAB). Procurement Unit Office, 1st Floor, New Kent Building Haile Selassie Road, PO Box 32761, Lusaka, Zambia for a non-refundable fee of ZMW 500.00 or its equivalent in a freely - convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or bank certified Cheque. The Request for Proposal document can also be accessed on the LAB website: www.legalaidboard.org.zm However, electronic submissions shall not be accepted

Proposals must be deposited in the tender box located on the Ground Floor, Reception area at the LAB. Headquarters at the above address

Submission Procedure
Proposals should be submitted in two separate envelopes clearly marked TECHNICAL PROPOSALS AND FINANCIAL PROPOSALS FOR BASKET FUND MAPPING AND ASSESSMENT. The two separate, sealed envelopes containing the Technical and Financial Proposals, respectively, shall be placed into one outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address, RFP reference number the name of the assignment Consultant's name and the address, and shall be clearly marked "Do Not Open BEFORE and be addressed to The Chief Executive Officer/Director, Legal Aid Board, Floor, New Kent Building, Haile Selassie Road, P.O. Box 32761, Lusaka
