Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Field &Operations Manager able to operate and maintain a controlled environment for mushrooms cultivation, harvesting and commercialization.
This individual must be reliable, well-organized and hold significant experience in field operations at managerial level. The ability to collaborate with culinary professionals and local market to identify niche opportunities for unique mushrooms varieties and expand market in a timely and efficient manner is essential.

Qualifications:
• The selected individual should have relevant qualifications in Agriculture, finance and marketing. He should also have strong knowledge in monitoring mushrooms growth cycles, implementation of precise harvesting protocols in order to ensure peak freshness and market readiness. A qualification in mushrooms farming is a pre requisite for this job.
• Skills: Extensive knowledge of mushrooms cultivation and management, pest and disease control, sustainable farming practices .Ability to multi-task, keep up to date with the latest and best practice techniques for growing mushrooms, maintaining equipment and infrastructure.
• Team leadership & supervision and the desire to pass on his expertise and skillset to his staff members.
• This mushroom business on largescale depends on highly skilled, versatile and expert individuals with international standards of operation to carry it forward.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree &Higher qualifications in Agriculture sciences, Finance and/or Marketing
• Proven field experience and vast knowledge of farming and marketing of mushrooms. Top Leadership and organizational skill with willingness to work in remote areas. Computer literate
• Ability to process, track and create paperwork such as (including but not limited to) work orders, KPIs, schedules, reports, projections and budgets
• International work experience and exposure with strong understanding of sustainable mushrooms farming and marketing.
