Palladium manages the DFID-funded programme, Improving Market Systems in Agriculture for Rwanda (IMSAR). IMSAR is a 4-year programme that aims to increase the income of poor households operating in targeted agricultural markets through adopting a market systems approach to attract investment and stimulate inclusive growth.

Palladium is currently looking to fill the following position:
The Senior Market Managers will form the core of the project team. They will conduct research and provide technical expertise to help implement the project. More specifically, they will be in charge of identifying constraints to the development of agricultural market systems in Rwanda and design and deliver interventions to overcome these.

Expected start date: ASAP
Employment condition: The duration for this fixed term contract will be one year, and renewable based on performance and funding.
