Request for Proposals (RFP) For The Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment for the Proposed New Indo Zambia Bank Corporate Head Office On Stand No. 1213 And 1214 Corner of Great East Road and Addis Ababa Drive, Rhodes Park, Lusaka.

Indo Zambia Bank Limited invites sealed tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment for the proposed Corporate Head Office at corner of Great East Road and Addis Ababa Drive in Lusaka

The details on the requirements are provided in the Request for Proposal (REP) document, which may be requested by sending an email to admin@civilstruts.com. In response, an electronic copy of the RFP will be emailed to interested bidders.

Submission Procedure

Four (4) copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) from bidders including the original must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked: "REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT AT THE PROPOSED NEW INDO ZAMBIA BANK CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE AT CORNER OF GREAT EAST ROAD AND ADDIS ABABA DRIVE".

RFP Submission documents must be deposited in the Tender Box at Indo Zambia Bank Head Office, Plot 6907 Cairo Road, Lusaka, on or before Friday, 17th September 2021 at 14:30 hrs.

Late, faxed and electronic bids will be rejected. Received bids will be opened in the presence of bidders immediately after the close of the tender.

Closing date for submission is Friday 17th September 2021 at 14:30 hrs.
