TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWENTY (20) MOTOR TRICYCLE AMBULANCES
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is a non-governmental organization that supports community-based development programs in partnership with local organizations and the Catholic Dioceses. Inspired by its mandate to collaborate with both religious and non-sectarian NGOs, as well as local government, CRS is committed to organizational development and strengthening these partners to promote sustainability, development, and high-impact programs that target the most vulnerable in society.
CRS is hereby inviting bids from reputable and eligible firms to supply and deliver tricycles to CRS Zambia Limited.
Full specifications can be found in the bidding document. The bidding documents can be obtained at Catholic Relief Services offices, Plot No. 377/43C/2C, Ibex Hill Road, from 8th November 2020 to 17th November 2023, between 10:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs local time.
Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at Catholic Relief Services, Plot No. 377/43C/2C, Ibex Hill Road, at the Reception in Building 2 on or before Friday, 24th November 2023, at 10:00 hrs local time. Late bids will be rejected.
The closing date for receiving bids is 24th November 2023 at 12:00 hrs
local time. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
