Bids shall be valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the Bid closing date and must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 2% of the bid sum in the form of Bank Guarantee Bid Bond from a reputable bank or financial institution issued and duly signed by the Guarantor(s), or the bid securing declaration form

Submission Procedure
The sealed bids must be clearly marked: "Tender for the construction of a Prefabricated Warehouse" and addressed to The Chief Electoral Officer, sent not later than 10.00 hours local time on Friday 25th February, 2022

The sealed bids must be deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, Reception Area, Electoral Commission of Zambia Offices, Lusaka, at or before 10.00 hours local time on Friday 25 February, 2022.

Site visit will be conducted on Friday, 11 February, 2022 at 10:00 hours local time at the Silverest Warehouse located along 3rd Street, Silverest Area, just before Silverest Primary School, Bidders must find their way to the site.

The closing date for the receipt of the bids is 10.00 hours local time on Friday 25th February, 2022. The bids will be opened in the Conference Room on the Ground Floor on the same date soon after closing in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
