IDC/ONB/004/2021: TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FUEL TO AGRO LUSWISHI BASE CAMP IN LUFWANYAMA COPPERBELT PROVINCE

The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) on behalf of Agro Luswishi Company has set aside funds under its Operational Expenditure (OPEX) Budget and intends to apply part of these funds to eligible payments under the Contract "Supply and Delivery of Diesel Fuel to Agro Luswishi Base Camp in Lufwanyama district of the Copperbelt province."

IDC now invites sealed bids from yourselves for the Tender for Supply and Delivery of Diesel Fuel to Agro Luswishi Base Camp in Lufwanyama district of the Copperbelt province."

You must quote as specified in the Schedule of Requirements in Section VI of the Standard Bidding Document and not quoting as specified in the schedule will be considered as non-responsive

It is not permissible for you to transfer this invitation to any other firm.

Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No: 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011.

You may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the IDC, Procurement & Supplies Department, 61 Independence Avenue, Prospect Hill, Lusaka.

HOWEVER, TELEFAX OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Bidding documents and additional copies in English may be purchased by interested bidders from IDC Offices situated at 61 Independence Avenue, Prospect Hill, Lusaka upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Hundred Kwacha (ZMW1,000.00) inclusive of VAT or its equivalent in a freely convertible Currency at the prevailing exchange rate, in cash or Bankers' cheque. The bidders are further requested to deposit the said fee into the IDC Account shown below and bring the deposit slip as proof to IDC Offices and obtain an official receipt.

Submission Procedure
Your sealed bids clearly marked "TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FUEL TO AGRO LUSWISHI BASE CAMPIN LUFWANYAMA COPPERBELT PROVINCE - IFB NO. IDC/ONB/004/2021" must be deposited in the tender box situated in the IDC Reception, Block 2, Lusaka on or before Friday, 21st January 2022 at 15:00 hours. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 15:00hrs, Friday, 21st January 2022.
