Tender for the Supply and Delivery of 70 Desktop Computers

Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts and Commerce Management Board (EHCAACMB) intends to engage a company to supply & deliver Desktop Computers.
Funds have been set aside to facilitate payments under this contract.
Evelyn Hone College is hereby inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders to supply and deliver Desktop Computers.

This tender has a preferential procurement clause for bidders registered with the Citizen Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) in line with ZPPA circular number 2 of 2011 as follows:
a) Citizen-influenced companies by (4) Percent
b) Citizen Empowered Companies by (8) Percent
c) Citizen Owned Companies by twelve (12) Percent

Bidders are therefore required to attach appropriate Citizen Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) certificates to be eligible for preferential treatment.

Eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents from the Procurement Department, Evelyn Hone College Plot No 4837 Dushanbe Road P.O Box 30029 Lusaka, upon depositing a non-refundable fee of K500.00 in the EHCAAC Main Account. Submission Procedure
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to bidders contained in the bidding documents and should be appropriately bound, sealed, and bold labeled and clearly marked:
"TENDER FOR THE SPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS TENDER NO. EHC/ HR&ADMIN/PSU/001/2021", shall be deposited in the Tender Box at Reception, Principal's building ground floor, Plot No.4837 Dushanbe Road, Lusaka on or before 15th December, 2021 at 14:30 hours local time. The sealed bids received will be opened immediately after closing the Tender in EHCAAC Boardroom Principals building first floor, in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend.

Late bids and electronic bids shall not be accepted.
