Bidding is being conducted using Open National Bidding (ONB) procedure as specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and Public Procurement Regulations of 2011, and is open to all Bidders eligible as defined in the bidding document. Interested bidders can view the bidding document at ACC Head Office, Procurement & Supplies Unit, Room 85 prior to tendering. The bid document may be purchased by interested bidders at a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 (One Thousand Kwacha)

Submission Procedure
The Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED ICT EQUIPMENT” and should be deposited in the tender box at the reception area, Anti-Corruption House, Comer Katunjila/Cha-cha Road, PO Box 50486, Lusaka. The closing date is 30th November 2021 at 10:00 hours local time. All Bids received shall be opened in presence of bidders or representatives who may wish to attend.
