IDC/ONB/004/2021: Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Thirty Two Electronic Pads to IDC

Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) has set aside funds for the supply and delivery of electronic pads, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the agreement(s) resulting from this IFB: "Tender for the supply and Delivery of Thirty-two Electronic Pads to IDC"

IDC now invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the "Tender for Supply and Delivery of Thirty-two (32) Electronic Pads to IDC".

Prospective bidders must quote as specified in the Schedule of Requirements in Section VI of the Standard Bidding Document and not quoting as specified in the schedule will be considered as non-responsive

It is not permissible for you to transfer this invitation to any other form

Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the IDC, Procurement & Supplies Department, 6] Independence Avenue, Prospect Hill, Lusaka

Bidding documents and additional copies in English may be purchased by interested bidders from IDC Offices situated at 61 Independence Avenue, Prospect Hill, Lusaka upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Kwacha (ZMW1,000.00) inclusive of VAT. The bidders are further requested to deposit the said fee into the IDC Account shown below and bring the deposit slip as proof to IDC Offices and obtain an official receipt

Submission Procedure
Sealed bids clearly marked "TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THIRTY-TWO ELECTRONIC PADS TO IDC - IFB NO. IDC/ONB/004/2021" must be deposited in the tender box situated at the IDC Reception, on 61 Independence Avenue, Prospect Hill, Lusaka on or before Friday, 9th December 2021 at 15:00 hours local time and must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration Late faxed and electronic bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
