Sealed offers must be marked, 'Tender for the supply and delivery of various stock items at the Electoral Commission of Zambia.' And Addressed to the Chief Electoral Officer, sent not later than 10:00 Hours on Wednesday, 4th May, 2022

The bids must be deposited in the tender box on the Ground Floor, Reception, Electoral Commission of Zambia offices, Lusaka, at or before 10:00 hours local time on Wednesday, 4th May, 2022.
The closing date for the receipt of bids is 10:00 hours local time on Wednesday, 4th May, 2022 and any bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted.
