JOB DETAILS:
Breath of Heaven Children’s Ministries (BOHCM) is a registered NGO dedicated to helping meet the needs of orphans in Zambia. Located in Barlastone Park, Lusaka, the Ministry currently incorporates a Children’s Village, which provides residential care for 100 orphans and vulnerable children; we have a primary/secondary school with an enrollment of 400 students, medical clinic and community church. We are near completion of our new vocational trade school which will provide a quality post-secondary education that will further impact the lives of our children and the community. are looking for skilled professionals in the following positions:
POSITION: Administrative Secretary

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• A Grade 12 certificate with at least 5 Credits including English.
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies obtained from a reputable institution or related qualification.
• Worked in the educational environment is an added advantage.
• Minimum Shorthand Speed of at least 100/120 wpm and 50/55 wpm Typing
• At least (5) years work experience in a similar position
• Good interpersonal skills, Honest, Excellent Management Planning Skills and Time Management.
• At least 35 years old
• Exemplary Christian character and active in a local Christian church
• Reliable, Self-motivated, Assertive, Result Oriented, Analytical are Highly Integral.
• Excellent Oral, Written and Spoken Communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Data and Graphical Presentation Software.
• Ability to screen visitors.
• Must have strong writing, typing and computer skills to carry out the high-level responsibilities of the job
• Handling travel arrangements.
• Coordinating internal and external events
• Office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
• Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers

Work Hours: 8


Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education:
Postgraduate Degree
