JOB DETAILS:
The Madison Health & Risk Management (MH) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to be recruited as Corporate Marketing Executives to be based in Lusaka

Key Qualifications, Qualities & Abilities
• Grade twelve (12) certificate
• A Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business-related course
• The candidate should be self-motivated
• Strong people skills and must be a team player
• Effective verbal & written communication
• Well organized with excellent computer skills
• Should be able to meet Budget and deadlines, be flexible and use initiative
• Should have selling and strong presentation skills
• Working experience of two years & above in sales & Marketing is Mandatory
• Insurance Qualification will be added advantage
• Valid driver’s license is Mandatory
• Must be above 25 years

Key Responsibilities
• Marketing and selling of health insurance products and Managed fund
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Reach out to customers using various means such as cold calling, visitation etc.
• Ensure client satisfaction by expediting resolution of customer complaints
• Meet or exceed Marketing target on monthly basis
• Coordinate Marketing efforts with other team members
• Timely reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
• Timely reporting on daily reports & weekly reports
• Daily client visitation i.e., prospecting for new clients
