JOB DETAILS:
Background:
Plans and directs production activities and priorities of the hardware teams at Yalelo Zambia. The role involves ensuring smooth running of lake operations and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct hardware team activities
- Inspect and fix mooring lines and nets regularly
- Lead operations for divers, net mending, and cage maintenance
- Ensure safety compliance and provision of necessary gear
Qualifications:
- Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
- BSc. Degree in Fisheries Science, Aquaculture, Natural Resources, or related field
