Invitation for bids (ifb) works at mulungushi dam water treatment plant at The Government of the Republic of Zambia

The Government of the Republic of Zambia has set aside funds in the 2022 budget under the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation towards the supply and installation of Pumps at Mulungushi Dam in Kabwe under Lukanga Water and Sanitation Company.
Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, Part V Section 39 (2) and the Public Procurement Regulations No. 63 of 2011. The tender document in English may be obtained upon a payment of a nonrefundable fee of ZMW 1,000.00 or its equivalent in any convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or bank certified cheque.

Submission procedure
Bids will be opened in the Conference Room at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in form of a Bid Securing Declaration Form and it MUST be in the format provided in the Solicitation Document.
