JOB DETAILS:
This role requires Effective and efficient managing of resources (equipments and labour) to achieve the desired objectives of the company；Efficient Management and control of issuing to ensure accuracy, intergrity and the right condition of stock for achiving customer service target.

Duties and responsibilities
• Supervising Stock Handlers to ensure accuracy in loading customer goods;
• Preparing daily workload for casual staff according to quantity loaded
• Ensuring that each truck is loaded at a good speed to achieve the target;
• Directing, Controlling, organizing and motivating Casual workers;
• Ensuring the efficient application of manpower resources in the warehouse;
• Creating safety and security awareness amongst casual manpower on a continous basis
• Identifying Safety and Security hazards in the warehouse and reporting immediately;
• Other work tasks arranged by management
