JOB DETAILS:
Junior Quantity Surveyor
• Applicants must have the following requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction.
• Must be registered with the Surveyors Institute of Zambia as a member.
• Must have 1-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Must understand building technology.
• Must be proficient in numeracy skills for estimating and budgeting purposes.

Junior Design Architect
• Applicants must have the following requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Must be registered with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) as a member.
• Must have 1-3 years of experience as an Architect.
• Must be technical proficient in sustainability and green building practices.
• Must have artistic ability and aesthetics.
• Must be creative in architectural design and visualization.
• Must be proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
