JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Delivers the algorithm and segmentation for offer targeting;
• Manages the recommendation engine based on reinforcement analytics;
• Manages reporting and the integration of Business Intelligent and CMS;
• Manages ETL from the business perspective;
• Establishes specifications & standards for development & implementation of Business Intelligence;
• Works with leadership team to develop & implement the Business Intelligence & reporting strategy;
• Creates reports/dashboards/scorecards;
• Creates ad hoc reports for internal Business Intelligence team & external customers;
• Prepares architecture for data, prepares strategies and provides business object solutions as per requirements;
• Supervises and reviews efficient workings of all Business Intelligence projects and analyzes requirements and performs appropriate tests;
• Administers projects, prepares updates and implements all phases for projects to achieve all project objectives;
• Analyzes all complex data and identifies requirements for business enhancement in projects.

Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
• First degree in Computer Science or Statistics and any related degree;
• At least 5 years practical working experience in a similar role, of which 2 years should be at management level in a multinational organization;
• Cross functional experience in IT and business;
• 3 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, added advantage;
• Computer programming and development skills are an added advantage;
• Membership affiliation with relevant institution.
