Job Description
The purpose of the job is to gather market and client data through the administration of dedicated surveys throughout the country and develop reports. The job will require some background in math, statistics and computer skills as well as an ability to communicate effectively. The ideal candidates will have to be computer savvy and with a keen eye for detail as well as understanding of data confidentiality principles. .

  Job Responsibilities
• To collect data as guided on the market and clients
• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
• Maintain databases on all collated data
• Ensure accuracy of data by verifying and checking back to the source documents
• Review existing databases and ensuring that they are constantly updated
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

  Skills and Qualification Requirements
• Must have a minimum qualification of a grade twelve (12) Certificate with passes in English and Mathematics
• Ability to speak, read and write in English
• Proven experience as data entry clerk, an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MicrosoftWord, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computers and peripheral devices
• Good command of both oral and written English
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• Must be physically fit
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Self-motivated to achieve stated targets
• Must produce letters of reference from previous employers, if any
